Community Guidelines

Tristate Date is for adults looking to connect. To keep it a respectful, safe place, every user agrees to follow these rules.

Be yourself

• Use your real first name and recent photos of yourself.
• No impersonation, catfishing, or fake profiles.
• You must be 18 or older.

Be respectful

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or serious disease.
• No unsolicited explicit content.
• "No" means no. Respect boundaries.

Not allowed

• Sexual content involving minors — reported to authorities, zero tolerance.
• Prostitution, escorting, or any commercial sexual services.
• Soliciting money, gifts, crypto, or financial information. Romance scams are reported.
• Spam, advertising, MLM, or external links to unrelated services.
• Illegal content or activity, including illegal drugs and weapons.
• Sharing other users' private information or photos without consent.

Reporting

Report any user or message that violates these guidelines from the chat screen, or email safety@tristatedate.app. We review reports and may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban accounts. Serious violations are reported to law enforcement.
